Welcome!
This website is designed to share single cell sequencing data with the spinal cord biology research community. It currently contains three studies but will continue to grow and evolve with new data.
Harmonized Atlas:
SeqSeek is anchored by our “harmonized” analysis of data from six independent studies (Russ, Patterson et al., 2021). This includes the ability to search individual genes, query genes that differ between cell types, and a classifier to annotate new data.
Cholinergic (Le Pichon Lab):
An atlas of cholinergic neurons in the spinal cord (Alkaslasi & Piccus et al. 2021) from the Le Pichon lab.
Spinal Cord Injury:
An atlas of cell types in the tissue below a spinal cord injury (Matson et al. 2021) showcasing how gene expression changes from chronic to acute time points after injury.
SeekSeq was designed by Ryan Patterson and Amarendra Yavatkar (with graphic design by Fabricio do Couto Nicola). Questions & comments about the scientific content should be addressed to Ariel Levine (ariel.levine@nih.gov).
